'23 Sonoma Valley Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is a refreshing and vibrant white wine. It offers a bouquet of tropical fruit aromas, including ripe guava, with subtle floral notes and a hint of minerality. Upon tasting, the wine displays a bright and lively palate, with flavors of fresh citrus and juicy tropical fruits that are balanced by a crisp acidity. 

The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc were sourced from the sun-drenched vineyards of the Sonoma Valley, where the warm days and cool nights provide the perfect growing conditions. Slowly fermented over a month in stainless steel tanks at an average temp of ~60 degrees. This slow, cool fermentation helps maintain the bright fruit character and tropical aromatics offered by our Sauvignon Blanc vineyard.
