2021 Quintet Red Wine Blend, Sonoma Valley

A blend of five classic Bordeaux varietals — Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot — working in harmony to create a wine that is greater than it individual parts, all the while paying homage to our vineyard in Sonoma Valley.

On the nose, this wine is rich and aromatic, with notes of plum and blackberry followed by hints of vanilla and cedar from the oak aging. Full-bodied and velvety on the palate, with initial flavors of black fruit complemented by more savory notes of herbs and spices, as well as a touch of earth. As the wine continues to breathe, the flavors become more pronounced, revealing layers of complexity and nuance. 

Quintet can be enjoyed now or cellared for further aging, with a potential to evolve and develop even more complexity over time.
