Its alluring aroma unfolds with notes of cigar box, cloves, and cedar, gracefully adorned with subtle whispers of mocha and anise, leading to a palate graced by the warmth of caramel, framed by intricate yet structured tannins, and culminating in a lingering, enduring finish.

Fantastic paired with grilled rib-eye with a black peppercorn and sage rub, tandoori lamb and spiced mango chutney, mesquite grilled pork chop, or Italian sausage lasagna with mozzarella and aged Parmesan. Also a great wine with an aged cheddar or Gouda.
