BR Cohn '21 Sonoma Valley Quatre Mixed White
Aromas of ripe citrus and orchard fruits are complemented by emerging mineral and floral overtones. The lush, yet refreshing, palate brings textured memories of white peach, lemon butter, spiced citrus, and honeysuckle. Incredible depth and complexity, finishing soft and silky with a subtle spiced floral note. Perfect for pairing with lighter fare and exotic spiced dishes, an elevating accompaniment to any occasion.
The Marsanne and Roussanne grapes in our Quatre Blanc were sourced from Romano Vineyard in Sonoma Valley, a few miles north of our estate. The Viognier and Grenache blanc come from vineyards in the Suisun Valley. Sonoma County's 2021 white grape harvest offered above average quality with slight below average yields. The vineyards we sourced for this white blend from showcased a variety of character from bright stone fruit to citrus and floral notes, all of which we've come to appreciate from these vineyards.
