BR Cohn '23 Sonoma County Rosé
This Rosé wine with a beautiful pink coral color in the glass. The nose offers bright aromas of ripe red berry and melon, with a subtle hint of citrus and floral notes. On the palate, this wine has a crisp and refreshing acidity that balances the delicate fruit flavors. Flavors of red strawberry dominate, with a touch of stone fruit and a hint of minerality. The Pinot Noir provides a lovely texture and body, while the Grenache adds complexity and depth.
Made from a combination of fresh pressed rosé and bleeding off a portion of the wine from a red wine tank. The combination offers bight fruit and acidity in the wine. Perfect combination for the warmer weather sipper.
