Our Quintet is born from the sun-drenched hillside blocks of our Olive Hill Estate, nestled between the Mayacamas and Sonoma Mountains. The estate’s unique microclimate, with natural frost protection from underground hot springs and low-vigor volcanic soils, allows for the cultivation of small, intensely flavored fruit.
Winemaker Notes
A blend of five classic Bordeaux varietals — Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot — working in harmony to create a wine that is greater than it individual parts, all the while paying homage to our vineyard in Sonoma Valley. Quintet can be enjoyed now or cellared for further aging, with a potential to evolve and develop even more complexity over time.
Food Pairing Notes
Pair with Roasted Lamb seasoned with Herbs de Provence. The lamb’s rich fat and tender protein create a delcious balance with the wine’s tannins, softening its structure and allowing its full character to emerge.
